Why hire our graduates?

Our current cohort will complete its ten-month, full-time Java Software Development programme on 2 October 2026. Participants combine practical Java backend training with different professional, educational and technical backgrounds.

Potential roles include Software Development, QA and Testing, IT and Application Support, System Administration, Technical Operations and technical interface roles.

Personally selected profiles

We know our participants personally and can assess their technical skills, previous experience, strengths and realistic role fit. Based on your requirements, we select two or three suitable profiles and introduce you directly.

Introductory offer

If a candidate introduced by everyone codes is in active employment with your company by 2 December 2026, our matching and placement service is free of charge.
